Part of Accounting, fees and invoices
Accounting export
You pick a period, or a single branch; Petek turns that period's paid movements and issued invoices into balanced journal entries, using the school's own chart of accounts mapping. The files come ready for Luca, Mikro, Logo and Paraşüt, or as CSV / Excel that fits any program. What was exported is marked and does not come again in the next export; a row cancelled after it was exported gets a reversal entry, an edited one goes on a separate list. The outside accountant gets a read-only role that can read the money and export it. The export runs from the web panel and changes none of the movements.
On the web and on the phone
Collections, expenses and invoices go to the outside accountant's program as files.
What you can do
- 1
Ready files for Luca, Mikro, Logo and Paraşüt, and CSV / Excel that fits any program
- 2
Chart of accounts mapping: cash, bank and POS accounts and income and expense categories are tied to account codes; the defaults come from the Turkish uniform chart of accounts
- 3
A separate sub-account per parent and supplier, the first voucher number, and whether invoices enter the journal: the school's choice
- 4
Parts of 50 vouchers for Luca; for Paraşüt, customers first, then sales invoices and expenses
- 5
What was exported is marked and does not come again; a cancelled row gets a reversal entry, an edited one a separate list
- 6
A read-only role for the accountant: reads the money and exports it, touches nothing else
- 7
The delivered file is kept as it was and can be downloaded again; if the program refuses it, the latest export is undone
- 8
Each program has its own import template: before the first export the accountant compares the columns with it once, and a note in the package says so
In the same module
All modules- Accounting, fees and invoicesFees, installments, cheques and notes, cash and invoices in one place.
- e-Arşiv and e-FaturaParent invoices are issued from the school's own integrator account; incoming e-invoices are booked as expenses.
- Sibling accountSiblings' fees on one family statement, and one payment is shared over their instalments by the school's rule.
