Clubs and extra lessons
Optional clubs, extra lessons and study hours are set up with a weekly timetable, and the sessions for the term appear on their own. When places run out, a ranked waiting list takes over. A lesson is given by a staff member or an outside instructor. Attendance is taken on the web and on the phone. The monthly fee goes through finance: a preview first, then one tap, and the same month is never billed twice. Occupancy, attendance and payment reports are ready. With Petek Aile on, parents apply for clubs in the app.
