Part of Accounting, fees and invoices
Sibling account
Siblings of the same parent show together on the family statement opened from a student's card: each child's open instalments, the overdue ones and the total balance, on one printable page. When the parent makes one payment, the amount is shared over the siblings' open instalments by the school's rule: either the oldest due date among all the siblings is closed first, or child by child, eldest first. Each child gets their own receipt and invoice; a school that prefers can issue one family receipt. If the collection is cancelled, the whole family collection is reversed. With Petek Aile and online payments on, the parent closes the siblings' instalments in the app with one payment link.
