Observations and guidance
Teachers write what a child did, said or tried in short, neutral words, tag it by the MEB learning areas and social-emotional learning, and add a photo if they like. Petek warns about wording that suggests a diagnosis; AI writes a neutral draft from notes, and the teacher checks it before saving. Children with no observation in recent weeks are listed. The counsellor's notes and support plans are kept behind their own permission: a goal, steps, people responsible and a reminder on the review date. Opening observations and plans is written to the activity log. With Petek Aile on, parents see the observations a teacher shares.
