Children's data deserves the tightest protection.

In Petek every school's data is separated at the database level: one school's session cannot reach another school's records. On the Campus plan your school can also have a separate database of its own. Data is backed up every night.

    Each school is backed up on its own every night. The last 14 nights and 8 weeks are kept, and one school can be restored without touching the others.

    Permissions are granted by department, branch and person. Health, guidance and salary data need their own permission, and pay details are also stored encrypted.

FAQ

Questions you might have

  • How much work is moving to Petek?

    The Setup page walks you through getting your school ready. You bring your classes, students and guardians, staff and opening balances in with Excel or CSV; the student list exported from e-Okul is read as it is. Petek matches the columns itself, checks every row first (an invalid ID, a guardian listed twice, a class that does not exist) and adds the rows when you confirm. Uploading the same file again does not add anyone twice, and an import can be undone with one click while its records are not in use yet.

  • Can I add modules later?

    Every module is on in every plan. You can switch off the ones you do not use in the settings and turn them back on any time; your data stays where it is.

  • We have more than one branch. How does that work?

    Each branch shows up separately with its own students, staff and cash accounts. Management sees every branch together on one screen. Permissions are set per branch.

  • Where is our data kept?

    Each school's data is separated at the database level by row-level security; on the Campus plan a school can have a separate database of its own. Data is backed up every night and carried over encrypted connections. Schools that want hosting in Türkiye can choose it. Details are on the Security page.

  • Can we use it on a phone?

    Yes. Petek works the same on the web and on your phone. Your team handles attendance, approvals and tasks from their phones and gets notifications instantly.

  • How do we reach you when something goes wrong?

    From inside the app. On the web and in the iPhone and iPad app you open a ticket under Help and support; the screen you are on and the version are attached on their own, and you can add a screenshot. You are notified when the Petek team answers and follow the ticket in the same place. New features are announced under What's new.

  • How does the free trial work?

    For 30 days you use Petek with your school's real work. We don't ask for a card. If you want to continue at the end, we'll pick the right plan together.

  • Why aren't prices listed on the site?

    Pricing is per school (campus) and depends on the plan you choose; every plan has every module and there is no user limit. In a franchise network every school after the first costs less. After a short call, we prepare a quote that fits your school.

  • Which languages does it support?

    The Petek web app, the iPhone and iPad app, this website and the Ask Petek chat are available in Turkish and English, and each user picks their own language. PDF reports, payment pages and automated e-mails follow the chosen language.
