Incident and accident reports
A fall, a bite, a fight, an allergic reaction, a child going missing or feeling ill: the teacher writes the time, place, what happened, the witnesses and what was done, and adds photos and documents. Other children involved and the attachments stay with the school. A manager approves the report; the family gets only the approved text, and if the manager asks, a short notice goes out on the school's parent channel (WhatsApp or SMS). The child's other incidents in the past year show next to the report, which comes out as a PDF with the school logo.
On the web and on the phone
What happened, who saw it, what was done; families get only the approved part.
