Emergency list and drills
The emergency list takes attendance and check-in records and shows the children and staff inside right now, children on the bus, who to call, do-not-release restrictions and medication or allergy flags. Only people with health permission see health details, and every opening and download is logged. The list comes out as a PDF. When a fire, earthquake, evacuation or lockdown drill starts, everyone inside is recorded, teachers count their classes on the Headcount screen, and children not counted show in the report.
