Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Petek service. A school that opens a Petek account is deemed to have accepted these terms.

  1. 1.The service

    Petek is modular management software for kindergartens and school groups, provided on the web and on mobile. Which modules are available depends on the school's plan.

  2. 2.Accounts and users

    The school is responsible for the permissions of the users it adds to its account and for keeping account details confidential. Users must not share their accounts with anyone else.

  3. 3.Free trial

    New schools can use Petek free for 30 days. No card is required for the trial. If the school does not continue at the end of the trial, the account is restricted and the data is deleted after a reasonable period.

  4. 4.Fees

    Fees are set in the quote and contract agreed with the school, based on the plan, the number of branches, the number of users and the modules.

  5. 5.Data

    The data a school enters into Petek belongs to the school. The school can export its data. Petek processes this data only to provide the service and according to the school's instructions.

  6. 6.Acceptable use

    Petek may not be used for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that puts the security of the system at risk.

  7. 7.Liability

    Petek takes the care needed for the service to run without interruption or errors. It is not liable for indirect damages or for the accuracy of the data the school itself enters.

  8. 8.Termination

    The school can end its subscription at any time. Before it ends, the school can export its data.

  9. 9.Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
